AMPHITRYON: NEIPA with Hercules (Querétaro, Mexico)
To celebrate Hercules Brewing’s first visit to MASH, we returned to Querétaro where our collaboration story began. Owen enjoyed the five-star Hercules experience while brewing Gerentes Del Ritmo, a banging Belgian Pale Ale.
This time we went down the NEIPA path, a juicy fruit bomb: Eclipse and Citra bring orange and all citrus notes, backed by tropical El Dorado Cryo. At 6% ABV, it’s dangerously crushable, refreshing, and full of flavor. A true celebration of Hercules’ craftmanship.
