The Hastings Project - Pale Ale, 4.8%

Brewed with Burning Sky, all in aid of a fantastic local charity, Little Gate Farm, who help people with learning disabilities get into paid work.

Brewed with plenty of wheat for softness and some naked oats for body. They used Cashmere hot-side and in the aroma steep, and then big helpings of Motueka and Riwaka in the dry hop. Big lemon/lime aromas, tropical notes and a touch of melon. Burning Sky's house yeast has given it a lovely crisp finish too.
