Produced in Coursan on its land of pebbles and its clay-limestone soil, the harvest is done at night with a direct pressing. The wine is matured in stainless steel vats, with natural decanting. The filtration is soft. Pale pink color, salmon reflections, aromas of red fruits, grenadine and melon.
