The first release from our new Signature Series. 

100% juice.  Made from our 2021 season single variety Chisel Jersey bittersweet apple juice (83%) and a wild ferment blend (17%).  Bone dry.  Full-bodied.  Lightly carbonated.    

Definitely punchy, always worth it.  These are not cider for the masses - made in very limited quantities - revealing the staggering diversity of cider.
