Omnipollo x Troon - Late Night Craving, TIPA With Peach and Peach Gummies, 9%

A collaboration with Alex Helms of Troon (New Jersey), who is legendary for his small-batch, highly coveted hoppy beers. Late Night Craving is a 9% ABV Triple IPA-style ale brewed with an Omnipollo touch of peach gummy candies. While the yeast eats the sugar from the candy, it leaves behind a distinct hint and undertone of sweets that complements the massive hop profile.
