Mills Brewing - Standing Beer, 7.5%

Standing Beer is brewed in the summer and fermented with ale yeast in the Mills coolship at ambient temperatures. The wort is made from barley, spelt and European hops. Then matured in large oak casks for up to a year with wild yeast and bacteria. Finally the beer is dry hopped with whole-leaf hops and bottle conditioned for several months. Store upright and pour gently.
