Mills Brewing - Pop, Wild Ale 6.5%

A blend of extra pale beers brewed in March ’23, with 2024’s Chuckleberry release.

Fermentation in white Burgundy and red Bordeaux barrels. The blend was dry-hopped with large amounts of leaf Simcoe & Mosaic.

The resulting beer has the character of both a spontaneously fermented fruit beer and a new world IPA.
