Hoppy Spelt Ale with Simcoe, Alora, Cascade & Azure. Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Fyne Ales to celebrate their 25th anniversary. A fragrant pale ale combining 20% malted & organic flaked spelt with a touch of caramalt, on a base of heritage Haná malt. Continuous boil additions of whole leaf simcoe lead in to a generous dry-hop that's rich in selinine, an aroma compound rarely found in hop flowers but abundant in Alora. Combined with Cascade CGX & Azure there's sweet peach, crisp grapefruit & splashes of pine. Crisp waters, ripe fruits & old friends.
