Holy Goat - Tangaroa, BA Flanders Red, 7.4%

Brewed in collaboration with our pals at Homeland Brewery (Amsterdam), this Flanders Red-inspired sour is a blend of 80% young stock beer, aged in stainless steel for three months, and 20% mature stock beer, aged in whisky casks for an average of one year. 

The blend was refermented and conditioned on 220g/L of blueberries, blackberries and tayberries. The result is a complex, fragrant sour with layers of fruit jam, balsamic cherry and oak. 

Drink young or age, this will get weirder.
