Holy Goat - Skullflower, Mixed Ferm Sour, 6.4%

Brewed with Golden Promise pale malt, wheat and locally grown rolled oats. Primary fermented with a mixed culture including a blend of Brettanomyces strains isolated from Belgian Lambic producers. We aged this base beer for around four months before an addition of elderflower foraged locally in Dundee.  

Drink young or age, this will get weirder.
