Holy Goat - Honeyfang, Mixed Ferm Sour, 8.0%

Mixed Fermentation Golden Sour with Honeyberries 

Blended from two batches of golden sour beer, both primary fermented with different Brettanomyces strains and brewed with locally grown malted barley, wheat and oats. This blend has an average age of three months and provides citrus and stone fruit aromatics. We conditioned this beer on over 200g/l of locally grown Scottish honeyberries. Honeyberries are a type of honeysuckle and have been described as blueberries on steroids.
