Tropical Sour with Mango, Pineapple & Orange

Brewed with golden promise pale malt, wheat, locally grown oats and fermented for four monthswithBrettanomyces and soured with our house culture. We refermented this base beer with over200g/l of pineapple and mango puree in addition to a 120kg ofwhole organic Navelina oranges from Arboleas, Spain which were zested and juiced by hand.
