Dieu du Ciel! - Solstice D'Été Pêche-Abricot, Sour Ale, 5.9%

A sour wheat beer brewed with Peach and Apricot. The pronounced and dominant acidity of Solstice d'Été is achieved naturally by allowing the unboiled wort to sour for a few days. This is complemented by the addition of a phenomenal amount of whole fruit during fermentation. The result is a very refreshing beer in which the acidity and the fruit used reign supreme.
