Franc Belge is a "Spéciale Belge" type beer, an amber coloured ale. With an alcohol level of 5,2 % it is a beer with a very good drinkability.
The lightly coloured malts give the beer a soft malty flavour, with a touch of bitterness at the end derived from the Fuggles hops.
