It reflects 5 generations of craftsmanship within the Vanneste family of brewing the typical wheat beer. The Vanneste family used raw, unmalted wheat for its wheat beer. This gives the beer a particularly refreshing character and sets it apart from other wheat beers on the market.Finally, the beer is being brewed once again with 100% Belgian hops from “Westhoek” region as in the past, namely, the Magnum hop. This hop gives the beer both a subtle bitterness and spiciness.
