Burnt Mill - Rising Up, WC DIPA (gf) 8%

This year's IWCBD theme was Unite Society, and Burnt Mill were joined by a few ladies who regularly serve their beer to give them a sneak peek behind the scenes!

They are raising the bar this year with a West Coast DIPA and have put together a balanced malt bill to combine with Citra, Comet and Eclipse hops for a tropical mash of citrus fruits. They added a touch of Columbus into the mix for an extra depth of West Coast citrusy pine and balanced bitterness.
