Plus Sam and Ed both helped build our taproom 5 years ago. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eKraftwerks have always been great supporters of Black Iris so it was a pleasure to have the whole team down to brew up a delicious \u003cstrong\u003eRed IPA\u003c\/strong\u003e. We added Columbus, Chinook, Cascade and Centennial hops in multiple additions in the copper to build layers of bitterness and resinous depth. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eWe then conditioned on Amarillo T90 and Chinook CGX for that extra kick of orange peel and citrus to balance the malt sweetness.
