Beak - Wool, DIPA 8%

An ode to Beak's Leeds roots, this DIPA was originally brewed in collaboration with their old friends at Northern Monk using a combination of Citra, Sabre and El Dorado hops. Hazy, fluffy and silky smooth with mushy, overripe flavours of mango, rum punch and berry pavlova.
