Beak - Pizza, IPA 6.5%
Brewed in collaboration with Seattle brewery Fast Fashion, this IPA is layered with super fresh El Dorado, Idaho-7 and Anchovy, an experimental hop developed by Segal Ranch in Yakima, Washington. Soft, bouncy and sherbet-y with flavours reminiscent of raspberry, pine, mango and mojitos. Enjoy on its own or for the ultimate experience, blend in the same glass as Beak's new DDH pale ale, Pineapple. It shouldn’t work but it does!
